Fat: 58.76g | Prot: 71.72g | Carb: 142.29g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, kraft shredded cheese, Bananas, tortilla shell, onion, tomato. Lunch:  taco bell soft tacos, taco bell mexican pizza. Dinner:  meat loaf, cottage cheese, keebler sticks. Snacks/Other:  sugar free chocolate pudding, cheese potato chips, mixed nuts, orange sherbert.
