Fat: 30.75g | Prot: 53.39g | Carb: 165.31g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, egg whites, grapefruit, lenders onion, straWBERRIES. Lunch:  mcdonalds grilled chicken wrap, potato wedges. Dinner:  banquet turkey dinner, cheese doritos. Snacks/Other:  sugar free chocolate pudding.
