Fat: 57.29g | Prot: 57.88g | Carb: 192.56g.   Breakfast:  wheat bread, onion, jam, egg whites, Bananas, potato, blueberries. Lunch:  klondike, arbys roast beef. Dinner:  split pea soup, saltines, chef boyardee. Snacks/Other:  mixed nuts.
