Fat: 37.75g | Prot: 84.05g | Carb: 204.41g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, blueberries, cantaloupe, cheese, egg whites, lenders bagel onion, orange juice, tomato. Lunch:  Chili (Small), Jelly Doughnut, lowfat chocolate milk, saltines. Dinner:  chicken strips grilled, corn. Snacks/Other:  94% Fat Free Butter Popcorn, potato chips.
