Fat: 34.16g | Prot: 58.31g | Carb: 137.73g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, Bananas, fiber one almonds, strawberries. Lunch:  deli turkey, wheat bread, tomato, meijer potato chips, sugar free lowfat chocolate milk, cottage cheese, lettuce, kraft fat free ranch. Dinner:  diet pepsi, arbys roast beef. Snacks/Other:  sugar free chocolate pudding, mixed nuts.
