Fat: 34.16g | Prot: 58.31g | Carb: 137.73g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, egg whites, fiber one almonds, strawberries. Lunch:  cottage cheese, deli turkey, kraft fat free ranch, lettuce, meijer potato chips, sugar free lowfat chocolate milk, tomato, wheat bread. Dinner:  arbys roast beef, diet pepsi. Snacks/Other:  mixed nuts, sugar free chocolate pudding.
