Fat: 40.39g | Prot: 46.12g | Carb: 138.74g.   Breakfast:  Chicken, Beef and Pork Bologna, egg whites, onion baGEL, Bananas, sugar free chocolate pudding, corn pops cereal. Lunch:  boiled potatoe, chef boyardee spaghetti. Dinner:  blueberries, garlic bologna, totinos pizza, egg white, gelatin diet jello. Snacks/Other:  mixed nuts.
