Fat: 21.39g | Prot: 65.52g | Carb: 236.22g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, cantaloupe, fiber one honey clusters, lowfat chocolate milk, reduced fat corned beef hash. Lunch:  boiled potato, pickled beets, pork chop, sauer kraut. Dinner:  boiled potato, chicken noodle soup, cucumber, saltines. Snacks/Other:  sherbert, special k crisps.
