Fat: 21.39g | Prot: 65.52g | Carb: 236.22g.   Breakfast:  cantaloupe, Bananas, fiber one honey clusters, reduced fat corned beef hash, lowfat chocolate milk. Lunch:  pickled beets, boiled potato, sauer kraut, pork chop. Dinner:  saltines, chicken noodle soup, boiled potato, cucumber. Snacks/Other:  special k crisps, sherbert.
