Fat: 52.42g | Prot: 31.29g | Carb: 167.56g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, mcdonalds biscuit and gravy, mcdonalds hash brown, mcdonalds pancakes and syrup, mcdonalds sausage patty. Lunch:  low fat yogurt ice cream, sherbert. Dinner:  gortons fish fillet, northern bean soup, saltines.
