Fat: 32.24g | Prot: 34.28g | Carb: 216.24g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), fiber one honey clusters, onion baGEL, orange juice, peanut butter . Lunch:  cole slaw, corn, macaroni and tomatoes, mashed potato, northern beans, pickled beets. Dinner:  cole slaw, cucumber, lettuce, pretzels. Snacks/Other:  chocolate chip cookies, sugar free chocolate pudding, vanilla ice cream cup.
