Fat: 42.29g | Prot: 58.59g | Carb: 227.39g.   Breakfast:  banana, egg white, wheat bread, chocolate milk. Lunch:  Green Beans, turkey on sourdough bread sandwich, cottage cheese, fried apples, mashed potatoes and gravy. Snacks/Other:  3 musketeers bar, 94% Fat Free Microwave Butter Popcorn, corn chex cereal, peach.
