Fat: 41.06g | Prot: 84.83g | Carb: 157.79g.   Breakfast:  0 Calorie Sweetener, Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer, Mini-Snacks Natural California Raisins, trader joe's oatmeal complete, Blackberry Pomegrante Green Tea, starbucks coffee. Lunch:  diet coke, Bacon Cheeseburger with 1/4 Lb Meat, Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing and Tomatoes on Bun, Fruit Snacks. Dinner:  Red table wine, Zucchini, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Green Tea, ginger, banana, Strawberries, silk light plain soymilk, Raw Almonds Unslated, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, triple berry mix, 3 Musketeers Minis, Milky Way Midnight Candy Bar (Miniatures), mini babybel.
