Fat: 41.06g | Prot: 84.83g | Carb: 157.79g.   Breakfast:  0 Calorie Sweetener, Blackberry Pomegrante Green Tea, Mini-Snacks Natural California Raisins, Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer, starbucks coffee, trader joe's oatmeal complete. Lunch:  Bacon Cheeseburger with 1/4 Lb Meat, Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing and Tomatoes on Bun, diet coke, Fruit Snacks. Dinner:  Red table wine, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Yellow Sweet Peppers, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  3 Musketeers Minis, banana, ginger, Green Tea, Milky Way Midnight Candy Bar (Miniatures), mini babybel, Raw Almonds Unslated, silk light plain soymilk, Strawberries, triple berry mix, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder.
