Fat: 67.14g | Prot: 48.45g | Carb: 104.15g.   Breakfast:  American Singles, Green tea, Large Grade A Eggs, Original English Muffins, Shedd's Spread plus Calcium and Vitamins, Strawberry preserves. Lunch:  Fruit & Nut Almond & Apricot Bar, Light silk soy milk, Mash, starbucks coffee. Dinner:  Reuben Sandwich with Spread (Corned Beef Sandwich with Sauerkraut and Cheese). Snacks/Other:  rugalah, Traditional medicinals.
