Fat: 52.06g | Prot: 100.44g | Carb: 100.71g.   Breakfast:  A Bar, almond butter, almond milk, banana, boars head turkey, cheerios, coffee, Fat free half n half, red pepper, strawberry. Lunch:  Almonds slivers, carbmaster yogurt, celery, deli roast beef, jarlsberg cheese, Pita chip, sauerkraut. Dinner:  cabbage, cucumber, turkey chili. Snacks/Other:  avocado, bakes tostitos, blueberries, fat free cream cheese, Hershey sugar free chocolate chips, Jay Robb Whey Protein, natural peanut butter, peanuts, SALSA, Turkey sausage bites, whip cream.
