Fat: 52.06g | Prot: 100.44g | Carb: 100.71g.   Breakfast:  cheerios, coffee, A Bar, Fat free half n half, almond milk, red pepper, strawberry, almond butter, banana, boars head turkey. Lunch:  Almonds slivers, Pita chip, carbmaster yogurt, celery, deli roast beef, jarlsberg cheese, sauerkraut. Dinner:  cucumber, cabbage, turkey chili. Snacks/Other:  bakes tostitos, avocado, blueberries, peanuts, Jay Robb Whey Protein, Hershey sugar free chocolate chips, natural peanut butter, whip cream, SALSA, Turkey sausage bites, fat free cream cheese.
