Fat: 76.10g | Prot: 99.19g | Carb: 56.94g.   Breakfast:  A Bar, almond butter, coffee, half n half, red pepper, strawberry, Z muffins lighted. Lunch:  carbmaster yogurt, chicken, Hidden Valley reduced fat ranch dressing, Lighten Up Balsamic Vinagrette Dressing, mixed green salad, Reduced Carb Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread, zucchini. Dinner:  almond slivers, cheddar cheese, halibut, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  fat free cream cheese, Jay Robb Whey Protein, Milk Chocolate Coated Peanuts, natural peanut butter, peanuts, popcorn, sugar free chocolate, sugar free pudding, whip cream.
