Lunch: carbmaster yogurt, chicken, Hidden Valley reduced fat ranch dressing, Lighten Up Balsamic Vinagrette Dressing, mixed green salad, Reduced Carb Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread, zucchini. Dinner: almond slivers, cheddar cheese, halibut, olive oil. Snacks/Other: fat free cream cheese, Jay Robb Whey Protein, Milk Chocolate Coated Peanuts, natural peanut butter, peanuts, popcorn, sugar free chocolate, sugar free pudding, whip cream.
