Fat: 76.10g | Prot: 99.19g | Carb: 56.94g.   Breakfast:  red pepper, strawberry, almond butter, A Bar, coffee, half n half, Z muffins lighted. Lunch:  zucchini, carbmaster yogurt, Reduced Carb Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Hidden Valley reduced fat ranch dressing, chicken, mixed green salad, Lighten Up Balsamic Vinagrette Dressing. Dinner:  halibut, olive oil, almond slivers, cheddar cheese. Snacks/Other:  sugar free pudding, popcorn, Jay Robb Whey Protein, whip cream, natural peanut butter, fat free cream cheese, Milk Chocolate Coated Peanuts, sugar free chocolate, peanuts.
