Lunch:  Goulash, Mashed Potato made with Milk (from Fresh), Tomatoes, Pork Shoulder (Whole), Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Chocolate Covered or Dipped Chocolate Ice Cream Cone. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Vegetable Oil-Butter Spread (Reduced Calorie), White Bread, Parmesan Cheese (Hard), Milk Chocolate Candies, Chocolate Covered Ice Cream Bar or Stick.
