Fat: 75.66g | Prot: 96.31g | Carb: 280.96g.   Breakfast:  Beaumont coffee creamer, Columbian brewed coffee. Lunch:  Armenian Grecian bread, egg, great value extra virgin olive oil, salsa, green pepper, onion. Dinner:  Dakota clover honey, fage nonfat Greek yogurt, fried rice, grapefruit juice from concentrate, feta, Friendly Farms 2% milk. Snacks/Other:  oil based cookie, Natures Nectar 100% grape juice, Savoritz Reduced Fat thin wheat crackers, Frozen Grapefruit Juice (Reconstituted with Water), Southern Grove salted roasted peanuts, Happy Farms Colby jack block cheese, Greek Armenian bread.
