Seeing more muscle and waist is coming down in size. Still a long way to go but I'm finding this program to be fruitful.

Fat: 51.38g | Prot: 132.72g | Carb: 89.10g.   Breakfast:  eggs, mushroom, turkey bacon, mozzarella, grapefruit. Lunch:  sauerkraut, fit & active turkey hot dog, celery, 100% Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate, axelrod sour cream light. Dinner:  crab legs (lb), broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Salmon Avocado Roll.
