Fat: 51.38g | Prot: 132.72g | Carb: 89.10g.   Breakfast: eggs, grapefruit, mozzarella, mushroom, turkey bacon. Lunch: 100% Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate, axelrod sour cream light, celery, fit & active turkey hot dog, sauerkraut. Dinner: broccoli, crab legs (lb). Snacks/Other: Salmon Avocado Roll.
