Fat: 74.64g | Prot: 38.17g | Carb: 82.17g.   Breakfast:  Beef Sausage, Butter, Egg, Grape Jelly, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Lasagna with Meat, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese, Crackers, Deluxe Mixed Nuts.
