Fat: 83.86g | Prot: 94.23g | Carb: 317.90g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Boiled Egg, Corn Flakes, Tea with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  Cooked Green Peppers (Fat Added in Cooking), Fish Curry, MTR Dal Fry, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  Chicken Marsala, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), Rasmalai, Steamed Rice, Udupi Masala Dosa. Snacks/Other:  Dosa, Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), Tea with Milk and Sugar.
