Lunch:  Black Beans (Canned), Earthbound Farm Organic Half Spring Mix & Half Baby Spinach, Pears, Pears, Salsa, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner:  Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, Pecan Pumpkin Crunch - using sucralose (foodnetwork.com), Salsa, Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Peach.
