Breakfast: Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic Pasta Sauce, Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins, Spinach, Veggie Slices. Lunch: Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Broccoli, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Low Fat Parmesan Ranch Dressing. Dinner: avocado, Firm Tofu (with Calcium Sulfate), Mango & Peach Salsa, Spinach, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Air Popped Popcorn, Vanilla Creme Sugar Wafers.
