Lunch:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Bacon (Cured, Grilled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked), Multigrain Bread, Subway Avocado. Dinner:  Beef Porterhouse Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0 cm Fat, Cooked, Grilled), Greek Salad, Roasted Potato. Snacks/Other:  Latte Coffee, CSR Raw Sugar.
