Lunch:  Asparagus, Baby Carrots, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing & Marinade, Old London Melba Toast Roasted Garlic. Dinner:  Basmati Rice, Canola Vegetable Oil, Cooked Lentils, Goat Meat, Onions, Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk). Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Coffee, Dove Original Chocolate with Vanilla Ice Cream Bars, Land O'Lakes Traditional Half & Half, Land O'Lakes Traditional Half & Half, Nutella Hazelnut Spread, Sugar, Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free Yogurt - Peach.
