Lunch:  Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing & Marinade, Old London Melba Toast Roasted Garlic, Baby Carrots, Asparagus, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Basmati Rice, Cooked Lentils, Canola Vegetable Oil, Onions, Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk), Goat Meat.
