Fat: 44.39g | Prot: 54.49g | Carb: 159.83g.
Breakfast: butter, clif kid z bar, eggs, nature's own light bread. Lunch: acorn squash, brown sugar, pesto, smart balance light, sourdough bread. Dinner: Angel Hair Spaghetti Pasta, Cheesecake, chicken in white wine sauce, italian bread, italian vinaigrette, red wine, tiramisu. Snacks/Other: Miniature Marshmallows, swiss miss no sugar added.
