Fat: 50.96g | Prot: 59.54g | Carb: 170.09g.   Breakfast:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). Lunch:  Low Sodium Smoked or Cured Ham, Whole Grain Wheat Bread, Cheese Pizza. Dinner:  Shrimp Fried Rice. Snacks/Other:  Sour Cream & Onion Potato Crisps, Minneola Tangelo Orange.
