Lunch:  Fried Egg, Mixed Salad Greens, Red Tomatoes (Canned), Schnucks Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Watermelon. Dinner:  Broccoli, Lamb Curry, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Canned Mackerel, Tea with Milk.
