Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Buffalo Chicken Salad, Cucumber (with Peel), Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, Oats & Chocolate Fiber Bar. Dinner:  Frozen Blackberries, Healthy Selections Light Tuna in Water, Mustard, Nonfat Plain Yogurt.
