Fat: 65.52g | Prot: 73.54g | Carb: 251.45g.   Breakfast:  Greek 100 Yogurt - Key Lime, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Bananas, Soft White Roll, sweet potatoButter, Protein Bars - Coconut Almond, Salted Peanuts .9oz. Lunch:  Pepper Steak, Cheese Sticks, Crispy Honey Chicken, Mixed Salad Greens, Diet Coke, Apple Cobbler. Dinner:  Sweet Potato, 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chewy Granola Bars - Dark Mocha Almond, Nonfat Peach Yogurt, Light Original Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, Cinnamon Sugar. Snacks/Other:  King Leo Peppermint Puffs, Green Tea, Tap Water, Captain's Wafers Peanut Butter & Honey Crackers.
