Fat: 105.02g | Prot: 91.44g | Carb: 523.70g.   Breakfast:  non dairy creamer, diet hot chocolate, grapefruit, 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Egg Beaters - Original, Sliced Hickory Smoked Boneless Ham, Cheddar Cheese. Lunch:  Quakes, chocolate, quakes, caramel, biscuit, honey, lemon, tap water. Dinner:  Soft Pretzel, Low Fat Strawberry Twists, Diet Coke. Snacks/Other:  quakes, apple , vanilla yogurt raisins, hot mocha chocolate, Zesty Cheesesteak Breakfast Burrito, Tater Tots (Regular), Ocean Water (Medium).
