Fat: 105.02g | Prot: 91.44g | Carb: 523.70g.   Breakfast:  90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge, Cheddar Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), diet hot chocolate, Egg Beaters - Original, grapefruit, non dairy creamer, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Sliced Hickory Smoked Boneless Ham. Lunch:  biscuit, honey, lemon, quakes, caramel, Quakes, chocolate, tap water. Dinner:  Diet Coke, Low Fat Strawberry Twists, Soft Pretzel. Snacks/Other:  hot mocha chocolate, Ocean Water (Medium), quakes, apple , Tater Tots (Regular), vanilla yogurt raisins, Zesty Cheesesteak Breakfast Burrito.
