Fat: 14.79g | Prot: 47.60g | Carb: 144.45g.   Breakfast:  apple, Bigelow Tea Pomegranate Pizzazz, grapefruit, grapefruit, grapefruit, lemons, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, poached egg. Lunch:  nutritional yeast, portabella mushroom. Dinner:  coffee with creamer, grapefruit, grapefruit, nutritional yeast, turkey breast.
