Fat: 146.96g | Prot: 176.81g | Carb: 472.27g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Oats Cereal (Dry, Not Fortified), Sugar. Lunch:  Butter, Dinner Rolls, Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten, Fat Added in Cooking), Chicken Thigh, Chutney, Cosi Strawberry-Banana Fruit Smoothie (Grande), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Syrup. Snacks/Other:  Advocare Meal Replacement Shake - Chocolate, Coca-Cola Coca-Cola Classic (20 oz), Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Tuna, Mayonnaise.
