Fat: 146.96g | Prot: 176.81g | Carb: 472.27g.   Breakfast:  Oats Cereal (Dry, Not Fortified), Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Sugar. Lunch:  Peanut Butter, Butter, Dinner Rolls. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten, Fat Added in Cooking), Syrup, Chutney, Cosi Strawberry-Banana Fruit Smoothie (Grande). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Advocare Meal Replacement Shake - Chocolate, Coca-Cola Coca-Cola Classic (20 oz), Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Tuna, Mayonnaise.
