Lunch:  Dave's Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains Bread, Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges, Progresso Vegetable Classics Minestrone Soup. Dinner:  Beets, Cauliflower, Cucumber (with Peel), Fresh Express Organic Baby Spinach, Jennie-O Turkey Breast Tenderloin, Tomatoes, Wish-Bone Fat Free Italian Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Apples, PowerBar Triple Threat - Chocolate Caramel Fusion, Trader Joe's Natural Turkey Jerky.
