Fat: 43.52g | Prot: 168.23g | Carb: 203.29g.   Breakfast: chex, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: baked beans, barbeque sauce, bbq chicken, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, coleslaw, rootbeer float. Dinner: chipotle chicken bowl. Snacks/Other: banana, mini snickers, simply orange high pulp.
