Lunch:  Dole Romaine Lettuce, Grape Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kroger Red Wine Vinegar, Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Dinner:  No Name Petite Cut Sirloin Steak, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Pictsweet 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Great Value Mushroom Pieces & Stems.
