Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Dole Romaine Lettuce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grape Tomatoes, Kroger Red Wine Vinegar, Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Dinner:  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Great Value Mushroom Pieces & Stems, No Name Petite Cut Sirloin Steak, Pictsweet 3 Pepper & Onion Blend.
