Fat: 40.58g | Prot: 156.71g | Carb: 334.62g.   Breakfast:  - Non-fat plain yogurt, Onions, Mushrooms, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Egg White, Watermelon, Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries. Lunch:  Spinach, Onions, Tomatoes, Sweet Red Peppers, UMass Dining Cranberry Grain Bread, Broccoli, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Wheat Bagel, Skinless Chicken Breast, Sweet Red Peppers, Onions, Red Delicious Apples, Udi's Au Naturel Granola, Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries, Good Grains Whole Flax Seed. Snacks/Other:  Egg White, Strawberries, Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds, General Mills Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal.
