Lunch:  chicken broth, Suzie's Multiseed Spelt Flatbread, swanson chicken breast, whole milk, starbuck's hot cocoa. Dinner:  budweiser beer, Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken Mcdonald's, Caesar Salad dressing Mcdonald's.
