Fat: 21.46g | Prot: 23.22g | Carb: 164.18g.   Breakfast:  coffee, sugar free french vanilla creamer, Deli Rye Bread, surgar free syrup, banana, Instant Oatmeal - Regular, almond breeze milk, brown sugar. Lunch:  tortilla, refried beans, tortilla chips, mexican shredded cheese. Dinner:  chardonnay.
