Fat: 21.46g | Prot: 23.22g | Carb: 164.18g.   Breakfast:  almond breeze milk, banana, brown sugar, coffee, Deli Rye Bread, Instant Oatmeal - Regular, sugar free french vanilla creamer, surgar free syrup. Lunch:  mexican shredded cheese, refried beans, tortilla, tortilla chips. Dinner:  chardonnay.
