Fat: 59.33g | Prot: 50.77g | Carb: 163.07g.   Breakfast:  Special K Red Berries, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, Coffee, Peppermint Mocha Creamer, Honey, Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Feta Cheese, Blue Cheese, Bacon Bits, Creamy Caesar Dressing, Toasted Pita Bread. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Garlic, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Peanut M&M's (Fun Size), Dry Cider (Bottle).
