Guess on the whole things are okay. The weight loss is a normal amount. My GI tract is feeling better.

Lunch:  Pacific Natural Foods Hemp Milk, Kale, Flaxseed Seeds, Now Foods Pea Protein, Woodstock Farms Organic Mixed Berries, Raw Organics Organic Chia Seed (Gardenof Life - Raw Organics). Dinner:  Mixed Salad Greens, Green String Beans, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Alessi White Balsamic Fig Infused Vinegar, Olive Oil, RiceSelect Royal Blend Rice Blend. Snacks/Other:  Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds.
