Fat: 85.22g | Prot: 70.47g | Carb: 37.30g.   Breakfast:  Avocados, Butter, Egg (Whole), Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes. Lunch:  Celery, Colavita Aged White Wine Vinegar, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, StarKist Foods White Albacore Tuna in Water, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner:  Celery, Cream (Half & Half), Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef or Patty, Mashed Cauliflower, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar.
