Fat: 65.80g | Prot: 78.90g | Carb: 120.40g.   Breakfast:  Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwich. Lunch:  Premium Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken, Newman's Own Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Single Wide IPA, Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada's. Snacks/Other:  three musketeers.
