Fat: 107.28g | Prot: 111.31g | Carb: 24.85g.   Breakfast:  Ground Beef (Cooked), Egg, Spinach, Monterey Jack Cheese. Lunch:  Fage Total 5% Greek Yogurt, Blueberries, No Grain Granola. Dinner:  Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Mountain Dew Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Water.
