Lunch:  Avocados, Cucumber (with Peel), Grilled Chicken, Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Ranch Dressing, Monterey Jack Cheese, Spinach. Dinner:  Avocados, Cardini's Light Greek Vinaigrette, Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Feta Cheese, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Mountain Dew Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Teavana Matcha Green Tea, Water.
