Lunch:  Avocados, Cucumber (with Peel), Spinach, Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Ranch Dressing, Monterey Jack Cheese, Grilled Chicken. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Avocados, Spinach, Feta Cheese, Cardini's Light Greek Vinaigrette, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Water, Teavana Matcha Green Tea, Mountain Dew Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Atkins Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar.
