Lunch:  Avocados, Cucumber (with Peel), Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Skinless Chicken Breast, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Dinner:  Avocados, Monterey Jack Cheese, Ground Beef (Cooked), Spinach, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Red Cabbage, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Teavana Matcha Green Tea, Water, Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar.
