Fat: 136.42g | Prot: 105.44g | Carb: 55.47g.   Breakfast:  cheese, Bacon, butter, spinach, All Whites. Lunch:  tomato, cucumber, green pepper, spinach, Chipotle Southwest Sauce, Ranch Salad Dressing, shredded lettuce, Red Onion, Subway Tuna. Dinner:  eggplant, zucchini, beef ribeye, olive oil, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Teavana Matcha Green Tea, Water, Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar.
