Fat: 136.42g | Prot: 105.44g | Carb: 55.47g.   Breakfast:  All Whites, Bacon, butter, cheese, spinach. Lunch:  Chipotle Southwest Sauce, cucumber, green pepper, Ranch Salad Dressing, Red Onion, shredded lettuce, spinach, Subway Tuna, tomato. Dinner:  beef ribeye, eggplant, olive oil, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Celery, Teavana Matcha Green Tea, Water.
