Fat: 92.81g | Prot: 100.61g | Carb: 34.40g.   Breakfast:  Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Broiled), Spinach, Colby Jack Cheese, Egg, Kemps Large Curd Cottage Cheese, Pace Chunky Medium Salsa. Lunch:  Buffalo Wild Wings Chicken Wings, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh). Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Chicken Thigh, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Unsalted Butter Stick. Snacks/Other:  Water, Mountain Dew Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts.
