Lunch:  Cheese & Asparagus Frittata, Spinach. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Mountain Dew Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Water, Atkins Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Strawberries, Fage Total 5% Greek Yogurt, Atkins Advantage Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar, Bear Naked Peak Protein Original Granola.
