Lunch:  Cheese & Asparagus Frittata, Spinach. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing, Olive Oil, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar, Atkins Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Bear Naked Peak Protein Original Granola, Fage Total 5% Greek Yogurt, Mountain Dew Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Strawberries, Water.
