Lunch:  High Protein Shake Mix - Creamy Vanilla, Organic Sugar Free Coconut Milk - Vanilla. Dinner:  Feta Cheese, Avocados, Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach, Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing, Kirkland Signature Sirloin Beef Patties. Snacks/Other:  Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten), Peanut Butter Dip, Mountain Dew Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Celery, Water, Atkins Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar.
