Fat: 92.41g | Prot: 139.68g | Carb: 49.37g.   Breakfast:  cheese, eggs, egg white, spinach, ground beef cooked, Kemps Cottage Cheese. Lunch:  carb solutions, so delicious sugar free. Dinner:  Buffalo Wild Wings Traditional, Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Water, Fish Oil Omega 3, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), atkins brownie, Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, baby carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, dill dip.
