Fat: 129.62g | Prot: 180.25g | Carb: 82.01g.   Breakfast:  eggs, egg white, spinach, ground beef cooked, pepper jack. Lunch:  Buffalo Wild Wings Traditional, broccoli, pepper jack cheese. Dinner:  chicken wings, Cherry Tomato, Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Avocados, gorgonzola, cardini's greek. Snacks/Other:  Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Water, Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar.
